Information we collect

We collect account information you provide, such as your name, email address, authentication credentials, workspace membership, and billing details. We also process content and connection data needed to provide connected commerce and messaging features, including channel identifiers, conversations, messages, and integration metadata.

We collect technical and usage information such as device type, app version, IP address, logs, diagnostics, feature usage, and notification tokens. Connected third-party services may provide information according to the permissions you approve with those services.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the services, authenticate users, synchronize connected platforms, deliver messages and notifications, process payments, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, improve product performance, and communicate service-related updates.

How information is shared

We share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, authentication, payments, communications, analytics, and customer support. We also exchange information with platforms you choose to connect. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the services, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you request account deletion, the account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day restoration period, except where limited information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
