Legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Dyncio services, including DynHub.
Effective September 8, 2026
Using the services
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the services on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, activity under your account, and ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party platform rules.
Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate law or third-party rights; send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited content; distribute malware; bypass security or usage limits; interfere with the services; probe systems without authorization; or access another person's account or data without permission.
Connected services and content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Dyncio the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the services. Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability or behavior may change independently of Dyncio.
Plans, fees, and taxes
Paid features are billed according to the plan and billing cycle presented when you subscribe. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.
Dyncio property
Dyncio and its licensors own the services, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services while your account is active and compliant.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the services or users, address legal requirements, prevent abuse, or respond to a material breach. You may stop using the services at any time and can request deletion from your profile. Account deletion may cancel subscriptions associated with teams you own.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available." Dyncio disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or interruptions caused by third-party services. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the services or law. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. For questions, use our support page.
